Hmmm... by having SEALED FEDERAL GRAND JURY TESTIMONY LEAKED!!!





What sucks is that people are not bothered by the leak in our justice system, but a guy ruining his own liver has you up in arms!





Also, he allegedly admitted to using them... but as far as I have heard... there is NO proof that he knew what was IN the cream and the clear. Intent has a LOT to do with this case.





Most importantly... WHY do people call him innocent until proven guilty???





Yeeeeeesh, are you kidding me? It's because we LIVE in The good ol' U.S. of A. and ';innocent until proven guilty: is one of the major tenants on which our country has grown and thrived.





Innocent until proven guilty is one of the major things that sets us apart from numerous ';backwards'; cultures.

How do you NOT know you're taking drugs?

Have you never heard of someone being slipped a mickey?

OH, and you sure are putting an awful LOT of weight on Brian Johnson's opinion. Where has he been for years? He only speculates on Barry? These guys were teammates, yet all he can do is GUESS?!?!?





I think that KNOWLEDGE of wrong doing is far more powerful than a former Giant knowing about the same as those of us that were NOT in the same locker room as Barry.





It seems to me Johnson is a guy hoping to cash in after a failed baseball career.





His most damning quote was:

This is sheer speculation on his behalf. He does not claim to have ever SEEN anything! He does not claim to KNOW anything. He doesn't know if Bonds took anything knowingly or unknowingly. He is merely guessing.





After ALL this time... Brian Johnson is the ONLY teammate of Barry's that says ANYTHING. And what he does say isn't even factual, it's simply speculative. That's WEAK.

There was no policy against it AND because we don't know what these guys were actually being told about this stuff...Do you really think they were told, ';hey, here is some steroids in a cream, go ahead';. I doubt it.





So I believe it is possible that some of these guys did not know what they were taking. They just took what their trainer told them to, which should be good...





Are they supposed to send everything that goes into their bodies out for league testing before they use it? A bit of a reach, but makes my point.
