Has anyone ever used Tazorac cream to help clear acne?

I have used it twice. It hasnt worked for me. It just made my skin very red, irritated to the point it burned, and dry. If you have bad acne i think you should try anything you could but if not use something else. Retinoids usually have the side effects listed above.Has anyone ever used Tazorac cream to help clear acne?
no i didnt but i use neutrogena 8 hour rapid clear and it works really well.
