What are some good fade creams that clear up dark spots?

What are some good fade creams that clear up dark spots? I've tried using Ambi fade cream and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Does anyone know any other ways or creams that will clear up dark spots? Thanks.What are some good fade creams that clear up dark spots?

I had dark circles and bags under the eyes, but they have vanished since I started using a new product, which has now been featured in Vogue Magazine.
