I am looking for a dessert - it is layered in a clear bowl - it has oreo cookie, chocolate mousse, whip cream?

Here are two recipes that I found on bakespace.com.

1.

Oreo Cookie And Chocolate ';mousse'; Parfaits

This is so easy but if you put it in a tall glass it will look fantastic and your kids will think you're a pro!

2 cups heavy cream

1 1/2 cups prepared chocolate pudding

2 cups oreo cookes, crushed

Beat 1 cup of the cream to soft peaks. Add pudding and combine to make your ';mousse';.

Beat the remaining cream and fold in 1 cup of the cookie bits.

Layer these two in tall glasses ending with the cream/cookie mixture. Top off each glass with the remaining cookie bits. If you have fresh mint in the garden add a sprig to each glass.

I top this off with whip cream.

2.

Oreo Sand And Dirt Cups

1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding %26amp; Pie Filling

1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding %26amp; Pie Filling

1 qt. (4 cups) cold milk, divided

1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided

20 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, finely crushed

16 worm-shaped chewy fruit snacks

PREPARE vanilla and chocolate pudding mixes separately with milk as directed on packages. Let stand 5 minutes. Gently stir 1/2 cup of the whipped topping into each bowl of pudding.

SPRINKLE 1 Tbsp. of the cookie crumbs into bottom of each of 8 (6-oz.) dessert cups; top each with layers of 1/4 cup vanilla pudding, 1 Tbsp. cookie crumbs and 1/4 cup chocolate pudding. Sprinkle evenly with remaining cookie crumbs. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.

INSERT 2 fruit snacks into each dessert just before serving.

Its a trifle ... I make one with brownies, peanut butter sauce, vanilla pudding, and whipped cream. I also make another with pound cake, strawberries and bananas, (sometimes chocolate sauce and nuts), whipped cream and vanilla pudding. I've also made one with 3 different flavored jello, madelines (cookie/cake), and whipped cream (but I have to work on this last one a little bit more).....
you grind up the oreos and put them in the bottom. Then put a layer of chocolate pudding and then another layer or oreos. then you top it with whipped cream.

It had a lot of different names-oreo blast being the one that my family uses.

hope this helps.

every time i have this it reminds me of dirt cups that we used to have when we were little with gummy worms in the ';dirt';
There are several recipes called ';Death by Chocolate'; at cooks.com and allrecipes.com.. They all use heath bars instead of oreos, but I guess you could substitute. The bowl you are talking about is called a trifle bowl and can be bought at a quality kitchen store. Hope this helps.
I think it is called a trifle. I make one with brownie pieces on the bottom then cherry pie filling and whipped cream and then repeat with the cream on top and then crumble a few brownie pieces on top. Yum,yum!
sounds like a trifle. just layer cookies, mousse, and cream to the top of the trifle bowl making sure the top layer is cream and garnish with a nice sprinkle of crushed cookies and nuts!
