Ive heard using calamine cream gets rid of spots but no one has actually said how long the process is..Does anyone know ?How long does it take to clear spots using calamine cream?
Calamine won't do anything for spots, all it will do is clog it up and make it worse. calamine is a treatment for burns and itchy skin, chicken pox for example and even then all it does is soothes the burning and itchiness. Using germaline would even be better then calamine. You'd be better off with something especially meant for spots, or if there a big problem go to your dr and he can prescribe a treatment. Calamine lotion is of no therapeutic value for acne. If your spots are becoming a problem then see your GP. A combination of tetracycline antibiotics and topical Benzoyl peroxide tends to be effective management.
