I have used lots of facewash and cream but there was no change, i really need to get rid of it,can somebody help me improve my looks.What is the BEST cream use to clear pimples and blackhead?

first use natural remedies for facial scrubs, for me honey a little water and sugar mix together is a great scrub for the face, then use neutrogena clear pore or multivitamin it works amazing for me if none work the only solution that works like magic is benzoyl peroxide 10% or u can use oxy but it dries ur face, but its amazing
to clear pimples use aloe vera plant.it quite itchy at first but its alright. wash ur face and apply moisturiser. for blackhead try to use scrub dat is suitable for ur face just dont over do it. good luck

I gotta agree, pro active is the BEST. Although it's about $60 per 200 ml. Or maybe try Cetaphil. If you have really bad acne, go to your GP and they'll give you a prescription pill for it.
