I am already using the proactiv 3 sets program, im wondering if its necessary to use the cream to dry up the acne? or will they be dried up eventually if left alone?Is it necessary to use to acne cream to clear up the acne?

yes, you should use the cream, it willhelp the process of teh acne to disapper quicker because it dries it out. if you do not use the cream it could take weeks to clear up. but make sure you still wash your face and moisturize. if the cream starts to dry out your face, try to use it everyother day until your skin gets used to it, and then progress.
