There are solutions to lighten and even out one's skin tone, get rid of unsightly dark skin spots, and just like skin tanning, it can be also a personal preference. So here's a suggested option:
Topical - papaya kojic acid soap, black licorice soap, a good skin whitening cream or lotion - and a high spf sunscreen.. These work well together to help you achieve the results that you want.
